All product purchases at Celestia Accessories are final. Once an order is placed and confirmed, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
We also sell physical gift vouchers in any amount, available in-store. Vouchers are valid for two weeks from the date of purchase and can be redeemed toward any product in-store.
